The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. This package is to accommodate families who desire no ceremonies. Our charge is for a simple cremation, without any attendant rites or ceremonies, includes a portion of our basic services fees, transfer of deceased to the funeral home; securing and recording necessary legal forms and permits;one certified copy of death certificate; transfer of deceased to crematorium and pickup of ashes. This does not include viewing, memorial service or permanent memorial container.

Basic Cremation with Memorial Service:................................ $1200.00

Our Cremation with Memorial package includes the Basic Cremation Package with memorial service at the House of Scott, sign in sheet, limited selection of display urns. Does not include visitation, viewing or embalming.

Except in certain special cases, such as interstate transportation by air, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

The only warranties express or implied, granted in connection with goods sold with this funeral service are the express written warranties, if any, extended by the manufacturers thereof. No other warranties and no other warranties of merchandising or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final on merchandise as soon as the item is ordered.
