Throughout the years, the families we serve have found our efforts to be of great value in arranging funeral services that are most meaningful. We strive to cater to those who remain, while incorporating the wishes of the person who has past away. That is why we offer both traditional, and cremation services that can be customized, and tailored to the wants, and desires of each family we serve.

Our contribution to the community goes far beyond the funeral service. We know that the funeral itself is only the first step in the grieving process. In the weeks, and months following the funeral, we can continue to serve with our "Continuing Care Program”. The program provides information, and referral to other resources as needed.
At House Of Scott Funeral Home, our philosophy serves as the basis for everything we do. Our business was founded two generations ago, in 1967. We are ready to help as a good neighbor. We offer our services in order to honor a life that has been lived, and to comfort those who grieve.

Since the day our founder, L’Ray Scott, first offered his services to the people of Western Washington, the concept of "our family helping your family" has been reflected in the services we offer. Mr. Scott tragically passed away in a car accident on May 14, 2001, on his way to a pick up someone who had passed away. House Of Scott was taken over by his wife of 26 years, Kitty. We, as a family who suddenly lost someone close, understand that we must incorporate our experiences of grief in order to better serve the families we assist. Our professional and highly capable staff now consists of eight family members.
